ATS’ streamlined data integration and sophisticated time clock model make all the difference

International beverage brand Constellation has a global workforce whose scheduling, hours, and payroll all need to get managed with precision. Even small data discrepancies or minor manual work-arounds increase labor costs.

When Constellation decided to expand its Workday system to include its time tracking module, the company took the opportunity to replace problematic time clocks that were slowing them down and costing them money.

The Challenge:

Despite having time clocks designed to integrate with Constellation Brand’s Workday system, slow data flows between those time clocks and Workday resulted in data discrepancies requiring manual tracking and cleanup. This time and attendance data setup was not what Ellen Fustanio, Manager, Finance Projects, had in mind as a successful time and attendance integration with their Workday system.
